Default New user sustain settings on all patches

Hello I am a new user for eleven rack and just getting into it, found immediate issue on all patches. sustain or resonance cuts off at low levels of string pick input; neat if you want quiet in between songs but not good to hear quiet instead of resonating ring out of a note. Is there a master adjustment for this as it happens on all patches. Thank you for the help.

Did you adjust the gate?

Is your guitar cable working properly?

If your guitar has active pickups, change the batteries, could be low output.

Where do I make that adjustment, not active pickups, using/tried 3 different new cables. Let me clarify it is for sure a setting not cutting out randomely, just does not let guitar ring out until the note is no longer held, cuts it off just before but audibly obvious just before. Not a cutoff sound like a short in the cable.

Each amp has a noise gate. You can experiment with different amps to see if you can find one with a low threshold and long release, or you can edit any of them once you get that far along.

There were two basic firmwares for the 11R. Firmware 2.01 added additional amps and presets. There are two manuals you can download. The firmware 1.03 manual is Eleven Rack User Guide v804. The firmware 2.01 manual is Eleven Rack User Guide v90x.

The explanation for the noise gate is on page 28 in the v804 edition, but on page 34 in the v90x edition.

Once you get that sorted, you likely will want to work with rig balancing. Instructions for that are on page 102 in the v804 edition or on page 92 in the 90x edition.
