Yeah, Apple as hidden that folder, there's some tricks to get there, If you go to the GO menu and hit option key you will see that the Library path appear there

Enjoy those greats scripts.

Hi Oliver,

I am struggling to use the scripts with my iPad app because it only allows writable scripts to run via the buttons.. I managed to get the template Audiosuite plugin to work with it.

Could you possibly post a writable template of a full audio suite process? I haven't got a clue how to get the Render button pressed or the audio suite plugin closed.

I would appreciate any help. Totally out of my depth with this but it would speed up so much of my workflow.

Best,

Daniel

Which iPad app are you using? I am using Quadro by Actions and it works just fine with AppleScript Bundles in conjunction with FastScripts.

Anyway, I suggest you drop me a mail.

Is there way to access track list popup menu and choose one of the menu with AppleScript? The pop-up button looks like little arrow pointing down inside a circle on the top left of Mix windows next to the word tracks. It lets you show/hide certain tracks. I got it to show the menu, but I can't access the menus that are shown.
Thanks!

Thanks!
Code:
tell application "System Events"
	tell process "Pro Tools"
tell (1st window whose title contains "Mix: ")
click button "Track List pop-up" -- Note: This only works if the Track List is shown. If not you'll have to script this, too.
		end tell
	end tell
end tell
From there you can navigate with arrow keys but be prepared to deal with a 6 second delay after the Track List pop-up menu has opened. Thats a known issue with several Pro Tools menues and AppleScript. You can workaround this by using cliclick to perform the click. Cliclick has been mentioned several times within this thread.

Thanks Oliver! Can I only choose menu item using mouse/keyboard simulation once the menu items are shown? I can't access the pop-up menu through menu and menu items right? I can choose pop-up menus in notes, iMovie using menu items, but Pro Tools doesn't seem to work with the method. Just want to double check.

Hi, PT is not a AppleScript friend... You can check in other Oliver post in this thread when he talk about that.
