Pro Tools Subs Trial - which version?

The current Pro Tools subs trial page doesn't actually say which version of PT you trial. (There used to be an option to trial from the Ultimate page but that seems to have been removed).

It should be the latest version of the PT trial which would be 2024.3. But let me check Monday with the product team to see what's up and why it was removed.

The Trial has been Ultimate for ages and I believe still is from folks who used it recently.

More to Marianna... another thing that seems to have been broken recently is this KB article https://avidtech.my.salesforce-sites...Ultimate-trial if you click the link to go to the trial page it throws a user into their My Products section, which is just going to confuse/annoy lots of folks. No idea what it does if the person does not have an Avid account. I wonder if other things like that have been broken as well.

Both Tope and I checked and did a " trial" download as a customer would and it is PT Ultimate 2024.3.

However there seems to be a slight issue with Link that Tope is running to ground now.

Darryl... this happens to anyone who has had or has currently a Pro Tools Trial in their MyAvid.

If you start with a new email and MyAvid that has never had the PT Trial before, it will direct you to the PT Trial download page.

it works just fine.

Well this seems like a thing that maybe might confuse some less than smart users who has already had a trial.
