Dual Monitor stretching problem bug
I have been running PT 10.1.2 on Windows 7 x64 and its been working well with my dual monitor setting. I have the monitors set to stretch the desktop across the two monitors, horizontally.
I tried to install PT 10.2 on two different occassions and each time I have the same problem. When I when I open PT, I am able to get it to span the two monitors correctly but the Mix and Edit windows don't work correctly. The Edit window opens on the left monitor and the Mix window opens on the right monitor. When I open the Mix window it cannot be stretched to right monitor and the Edit window cannot be stretched to the left window. I have been running PT 9 (all versions) and PT 10 (all previous versions) without any problems. This only happens with PT 10.2. Due to installing and unistalling this with the same results each time, this sounds like a bug. Is anyone else experiencing this? Re: Dual Monitor stretching problem bug
It's a known and reported bug. Avid has commented on it as well I believe. Sure it will be addressed soon
