Default ensemble Logic and PT

i am thinking about getting an ensemble to use as an AD converter into my 002. however, i also use logic and the integration the ensemble provides in logic makes this piece look good to me. i get a powerful interface for logic, and, i can use it as a standalone AD converter for my 002. anyone using the ensemble in these ways? what has your experience been?
