Are the rotary encoders touch-sensitive...
...in the eq and dynamics section (D-Command/ D-Command ES) ? I can't figure this out from the manual. If not, is it stupid of me to think that they should be?
PS: Not an ICON owner just yet.

absolutely they are!!!
It's probably not mentioned because, like you say, it's a no brainer to think they are.
