Default Slow plugin window

I updated my system from pro-tools 6.1 to 6.4 with service pack 2 and additional file for 6.4 (cs9 i think its called). Before my menus opened rather fast but now it takes at least 5 seconds for my plugin window to open. I know thats not a lot of time its just i was used to it opening fast. Any Ideas?
