Having Problems Launching ProTools First after Installment

Hey Guys,

Beginner user of ProTools First here, trying to set it up to record my podcast on it. The moment I want to launch the app. The image attached is what i encounter and then kicks me out of the program.

I have a hardware but want to just see the interface before connecting all of my stuff since I dont have a set studio. Do i need to connect my hardware?

How do i proceed?

These are the specs i have on my laptop:
Microsoft Windows 10 Home
System Model - XPS 15 9570
16 GB Ram.

Hi maybe windows ia using your interface qw default playback device. Check there and choose other than your aydio interface. Make shure to have yout interface lastest driver or try the Asio 4 all driver.
