is email support no longer valid?
Even Universal Audio takes days to respond to email cases Do I need to call instead? 4 days to respond to a support case is too long IMO |

Avid's 2 employees are busy missing the 2019.10 release. Don't make them answer emails now, or we'll never see another 2019 version.
