Default Audio latency while recording durring midi sync

I have my Mpc and Keyboard synced to protools, so that when i hit play on Protools everything plays,

But when i record the audio it seems as if ir records either a little to early or late.

I have messed with buffer but iy seems that i have tp change it each time i want to record, right now its at its lowest rate wich i belive is 64. Can anyone explain or help me out?

Default Re: Audio latency while recording durring midi sync

Go into PREFERENCES->MIDI And look for MIDI CLOCK OFFSET in ticks, you can adjust this value from -10,000 to +10,000 ticks to compensate for audio/midi delays
