Default I have a Pro Tools problem and was unable to get proper phone support

I have Pro Tools First (i'm a beginner), spent $42 on a support code, called Avid Support. I was asked for a System ID and when I was unable to provide it (I'm not even sure i have one) i was told i could not be assisted. The young lady told me i would get an email and that someone from the community would help me. Thats was my support. I am very confused.

So what exactly is the problem? Maybe someone here can help(but we need to know what's going on and complete details on the computer and the interface)

I'm using windows 10 on a Dell computer. I cannot delete projects from my dashboard. When i try to they just reappear. Because i was using Pro Tools First, I can't create a new project as only 3 are allowed at a time. The closest thing i found for a solution was this thread. The suggestion was to open open a support case.

Hmmm, not a PTF user here, but I would try to create a SESSION instead of a PROJECT. A project is in the cloud, while a session is only on your computer

The last I knew a few years ago, PT First could only do projects.

Pro Tools First does not allow you to save stuff locally. It is saved into the cloud.
