DSP - Mix Plux .vs. NuBus

I have G3/300 B&W, PT 4.3.1 Mix Plux, HD Cheetah,DAE 3.4.2 f9...
My Brother has power Mac 7100 Protools Nubus 4.0, 5 DSP cards.

we were testing and I loaded 4 MDT TDM (antares) and when I tried to load 5, I had a message saying that couldn't load because there were no DSP...

My brother openned 15 MDTs....

Could my Core or Mix Farm be defective?

Yes - MDT, among others plugs, works only on MIX-chip with S-RAM and there are 3 per card. One (or two in 64 tr engine) is used for playback - so with MIX+ there is 5 or 4 "good" chips free. More - MDT allows for one plug per chip - which is real shame, because it is exactly like nu-bus! The only solution I see is buy more cards or use plugs which run on all chips and allows more instances per chip - McDSP for example.
