Failed: no project file error
I recently opened Pro Tools First and tried to download one of my projects from the cloud so I could work on it. I received an error that read "Failed: no project file". After I removed the local cache, it downloaded about 20% and then repeated the "Failed: no project file" error. I've also signed out of my account and signed in again. Both of my other projects are accessible. I've seen another thread about this issue and the Avid tech person had to log into the user's account to access the cloud and download their project. Hoping I can get a quick solution to this issue.
My version is 2019.5. |
