Default 8.0.4 - Slow scrolling in MIDI Editor and Mix window

Please confirm if the same is happening on your system.

Edit window scrolls fine using shift+mousewheel.
MIDI editor or Mix window scrolls way too slow.

I use Shanes tweak. Works great!

It's by design, to speed up Edit Window overview navigation. Though it's subjective as to what is too fast.

Shane's fix from last year makes the Edit window too fast but corrects the others.

If they'd just stop messing around with it I'd be fine.

My god this drives me insane.

How about a fix? I've been asking since July.
