Recorded over tracks, need to go back to previous session?

I wasn't paying attention and recorded over some existing tracks.
Cant I go back in time to an earlier timestamp to restore the session?

If you have Automatic Backups turned on in Preferences, there should be a folder called Session File Backups in your session folder.

or.... just pull the previous take out of the regions bin....
