AV Option vs. Ignitor Card

All of a sudden I'm considering using Arura Ignitor with it's Video software over the AV option. Simply because I want the flexibility of making Quicktime movies of my work-in-progres to clients or dumping spots to VCD.
Plus to route would save lot's of money too.
Does anyone know if the AV Option will have Quicktime capabilities?
