Where Are My User Page SoftKeys?

I upgraded my OS to High Sierra so I could install PT 2020.3 and now all the softkeys I spent weeks setting up are GONE!

The Control App just shows the stock user pages. I worked hard and long to set up user pages and make modifications to stock pages to facilitate my workflow.

Is there a file somewhere that would contain the settings I had previous to the updates?

Will restoring my machine from a backup recover my settings?

The file is still there, you just need to load it from the load button in the soft key page
