there are two subscription prices, one for commit 1yr pay monthly, another for commit 1mth pay 1mth

When you go to shop.avid.com you should find 89.99 monthly subscription, paid monthly. If you commit to one year the price is 79.99 but cannot cancel in the middle of the contract.

Also, unless your perpetual license bundle has DigiLink I/O license, I am fairly sure you need to purchase that separately, making the perpetual license reinstatement much more viable option.
