Default Where do I get Rewire?

I want to use Rewire and get into it, but where can I get it? I am lost.

It is not something you can download. It is a protocol used by several programs, like ASIO for example.

So, het ptle 6.1 and a program that can act as a slave, like reason or ableton live. Then you can lock the 2 tightly together with rewise.
