Purchased support to transfer Pro Tools Ultimate
Hello, I purchased Avid Support Code (order number: 8210818) to transfer my Pro Tools Ultimate to the new owner. I filled the "transfer of ownership" form and deactivated my licence in my iLok licence manager. I also registered my Support Code that I found under my "products not yet downloaded" so I received my ASC code, but this particular code is not accepted, when I try to type it in at this webpage:
https://avid.secure.force.com/ASC/ASCWebToCaseHomePage Then I opened the case at salesforce, where my case ID is: 04102451 How do I get the licence transferred? Why does it have to be so complicated? |

I am with you that it can get a but unfriendly with codes and errors and muddy instructions so I am escalating this to Avid support and someone will get back as soon as they can. Hang tight
