Dead Faders on Control 24 :( Help Please!!

I bought a Digidesign Control 24 on Ebay. When I tested, everything works fine except faders. I put the control 24 on vegas mode and nothing happen.
Ethernet conection is ok, transport is ok, peak meters ok, but faders are not working. Can you help me please

Hi,

Turn upside down (on a soft surface) remove all the screws holding the base on, till you an remove the base away from the unit. Now yo can see all the connections to the fader boards!

There are 3 fader boards! Each board has 2 connections. Check all the connectors are fitted correctly!

Also check all the connectins to the power supply on the back of the unit. There are about 12+ screws holding the PSU in, once screws are removed you can gently move the PSU slightly out of the unit! Label all the connections so you know which connections go where etc. then remove one connector at a time and clean with switch cleaner then make sure to fit back tight.

If its not the connections inside the unit, then you'll need to get it sent to a repair center.
