Re: Presonus faderport in ProTools 10
Thanks Dave & company. I noticed in PT 11.02 I cant use to hypercontrols it gets whacked & sends error messages. So i just use presonus it seems to take better control than an H-Audio Pro Keyboard controller. MAudios AIR 61 almost drove me nuts. maybe it did. unhooked that

Re: Presonus faderport in ProTools 10
BTW, remember that the faderport has to be enabled under Setup>Peripherals. Select HUI, then Predifined>Faderport>Emulated in the next 2 boxes, and leave the last box set to 8(the default). Once that is set correctly, the FP bank button should move across 8 tracks at a time, and the arrow buttons(with Bank off) will step thru the bank of 8, with the FP controlling the highlighted track.

Re: Presonus faderport in ProTools 10
Hi,
is anyone using Presonus faderport with Mbox 3 pro (PT 10)? Does it work ok? (I know I have to use Faderport drivers 1.2).

A "Yes" or "No" would be appreciated?
It should be that simple, no? |

Presonus faderport in ProTools 10
Quote:
If it will move the channel fader up and down, why wouldn't it write automation? That happens to be a "yes".

Re: Presonus faderport in ProTools 10
Ok, good.
Apparently others have been able to move faders, but NOT write automation. |
