thanks for your answer. I've read the statement, still I'm waiting for the update as many other people here (I know it says Mid/Late-April, which kind of is now). Any news on this?

I still have a few more days on my edu plan and the last download I have is 12.2.1
I'm running 12.4 that I got via the avid app manager but I don't have the installer file in case I need to reinstall

Not going to buy a new plan if they can't sort this issue before the plan runs out.

I still don't have any 12.5 download available in my account. I've checked App Manager and online. Seems like it's been awhile.

Am I missing something?

I've not gotten my upgrade either - purchased & registered student version 12/17/12. Any guidance appreciated. Thx.
