Default Help! Switched from MAC to Win7 64bit

So i switched to PC runnning Windows 7 64-bit. On my Mac i was running 7.4 but had bought the 8 upgrade, just never installed it. So my question is simple: how do i get PT up and running on my new system?

what's the simplest way? do i need to repurchase anything?

If you're registered, you should have both installers(Mac and PC) in your My Digi account.

Good call Shane, thanks. So I guess I would start with my original install CD's that came with my 002, years and years ago?

No, Despite saying "Upgrade" the 8.0 installer is a full installer. You should be able to run it without having a previous version installed.

Yeah, I just noticed the 8.0.3 full installer. That's nice. :)
Thanks for the guidance everyone.

Since you're on W7 64, there is additional info regarding the W7 public beta. The public beta forum to report bugs etc is here.
