Default PT10 compatible with old MBP? / Latest 003R+ driver?

I've just had a look at this:

http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...p?DocId=422311

Apparently the oldest 15 inch Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro that's tested and approved for Pro Tools 10 is the 'Santa Rosa' model, introduced mid-2007. Mine is the model previous to that.

Is anybody else running PT10 on a machine like this? If so, can you confirm that it works with no problems?

Also, could somebody with a 003R+ interface or similar, confirm that the latest driver software for that is v90_r3_73509.dmg? I couldn't find anything later, but you never know.

Thanks for any help...
