Import Session Data bug - send assignments: doesn't clear unassigned sends!
I am experiencing unusual behaviour of importing send assignments:
There is Session_A that has AudioTrack1 There is Session_B that has AudioTrack1 I open Session_B and on my AudioTrack1 I manually assign sends A and B to respectively Bus1 and Bus2. I save and I close Session_B. I open Session_A and I manually assign sends C,D,E to buses: 1,2,3. Sends A and B remain unassigned. Then I go to "Import Session Data" and I import data from Session_B. I select "Track Data to Import: ALL". After the import my AudioTrack1 should look exactly like this: Send A: Bus1 Send B: Bus2 Send C: unassigned Send D: unassigned Send E: unassigned When tested in OSX 10.6.8 and Pro Tools 10.3.2 it is exactly as above. That is how it worked since I started using Pro Tools HD back in 2006. When tested in OSX 10.8.3 and Pro Tools 10.3.6 it looks like this: Send A: Bus1 Send B: Bus2 Send C: Bus1 Send D: Bus2 Send E: Bus3 As you can see - the sends C, D, E remain assigned where they should become unassigned, because they were unassigned in the source Session_B. Does anyone know how I can overcome this problem? This is a serious bug that my friend just reproduced on his system too.

Re: Import Session Data bug - send assignments: doesn't clear unassigned sends!
I tested this on my mobile rig, and I got a different result:
Send A: Bus1 Send B: Bus2 Send C: Bus1 Send D: Bus2 Send E: Bus3

I've seen this as well and logged a bug report previously.

Anyway, if you test it on your other rigs you'll see the difference. Previously it was like "remove all and import" and now it is "import send assignment differences".
