Default Dell Laptop???

I have an opportunity to get a Dell laptop as kind of a gimmie. I'm wondering of it will run my PT LE 7.4. I just have some mix down to finish of 12 tracks with three or 4 plugins per. I recorded on my qaud core desktop in a rack. I wonder if I can take the external disk, the 003 and this new laptop and mix and bounce on the go.

Dell XPS
4GB 1066 Ram
Intel® Core™2 Duo P8400 (2.2GHz/1066MHz FSB/3M L2Cache)
Intel® PM45 with Centrino® 2
