Are older versions available for install?
Hi
My first post here. I've got a new SSL2 interface which is bundled with a licence to Pro Tools First. I've previously used analogue mixers and Garageband, so would like to take advantage of PT. Trouble is my Mac is very old. Running OS 10.11.6 4GB RAM Core2Duo Is there a way to download and install an older version of PTFirst that is compatible with 10.11.6? I tried the Download Center but it wouldnt let me link my account. I found few common queries on this forum but no clear solution, one which suggests its not possible. For a laugh I installed PT anyway. It actually runs! It coped with recording and track monitoring including effected monitoring. Memory and CPU not maxed out. Surprising but I'm assuming it will crash on me at some point, so would rather have an older version. |

Re: Are older versions available for install?
There is a version that supports 10.11.6 (12.8), however I don't know where the download link for older PT First would be..
