Default License Verification Error with iLok Cloud

Today Ilok Cloud not works. I can not activate protools with ilok cloud. Some one has the same problem today?

Same issue here.
This is outrageous. I litterally have clients sitting behind me, including the director of a feature film, and we are in the last days of mixing.
At the moment, I cant even De-activate my cloud licenses and move them to my iLok key, since iLok manager cant even access their server.
What to do...

I hate it that after re-installing my mac, some of my licenses, and newly bought plugins, automatically got installed as a Cloud license. Maybe it stated somewhere that I could choose where to have my license installed, but it certainly was not obvious. iLok has always brought me trouble since day one.

I wish you could have cloud license PARALELL with an license on your actual usb iLok dongle.

Will never use Cloud again. and have wished since 2010 that I would never have to use iLok at all.
Hope they solve this fast.

Looks like this may have just been fixed - was in the middle of a trouble shooting session with customer when I was suddenly able to deactivate a cloud license.

I am guessing the reason this has not yet been fixed, is because they´re all asleep at the wheel.
I am guessing their bussiness hours is Pacific / American time. Wich leaves us Europeans Africans etc loosing a whole bussiness day.
And not any day for that matter. ****ing Friday of all days when people expect deliveries etc...

If they are going to provide such Cloud based service (For the Whole World NOT only America), they need 24h support. Period.
So angry right now.

Default Suddenly cannot get ilok protools to open

All of a sudden i cannot get Protools to open. I tried closing all cloud sessions and have updated to the latest version of ilok manager. Never had this problem before. What the hell is going on?

.. same here.. can´t get PT Ultimate Latest and most expensive Version startin up... wtf! I can´t do my work so - thanks AVID, thanks ILOK!

If I could, I would sue you for the loss of earnings ... Not to mention the customers you can lose through something like this ... Very dissatisfied !!
