ProTools not chasing TC when ON LINE (random)

This has been happening a lot, but is very random. We've got PT Ultimate running on a MacPro Tower HDX2 via SSL MADI Bridge to our C200 console for 128-IO. Sync HD is ref'd locked to house black and incoming TC is seen on the session settings page. SSL is also ref'd to house black and always has been.

There are many times when putting the session 'on line' will only sit there with play/record blinking as if it's waiting for code. Session start time is confirmed and, again, the session window shows the proper TC coming in.

The only way I've found to solve this is to shutdown the Mac, not just restart, and power up. This usually solves the problem once everything comes back up.

Another problem that may relate to this is there are times when I put the session on line and the session counter time jumps forward by one to two hours. Again, incoming TC is confirmed and everything is locked. I need to take it off line, then re-enable, and it's usually OK.

Has anyone else seen this? The system is in an HD Remote TV truck and this has been going on for several years. Don't know why it's taken so long to post something... any ideas would be appreciated.
