Import pro tools 5.1 session to 10??
Can I import a 5.1 session to pro tools 10 ??

thanx craig f. i copied original session done in AIFF on 5.1 on imac G3 onto flash drive and copied to my windows 7 laptop. files won't open, session won't open. files have extensions like .l (left) or file type just says file when i check properties . session originayl saved as aiff, do i need to convert files to wave for pc to read them? and if so how would i do that...sorry i only had 10 4 a few days. I appreciate any help u might provide. thanx
