Quick and probably dumb question
I'm listening to my track and I want to record another track. But, I want to work on my lead before actually recording the track. Is there a way to monitor the track without actually recording the track while the other tracks are playing back? I know I can just dump the recording of that track, but it's a pain in the butt. Is there a way to monitor the track so it comes through my headphones without actually recording it? I'm sure it's a stupid question. Can't find the answer anywhere.
