recall
ok folks need a little help,
if i record a band recording say 5 songs and get to the mixing stage ,i mix the first song adding effects ,eq levels etc... if i then want to add these levels ,eq etc... to there next song is it possible to do this without having manually to write down all the settings and then physically set them in there next songs ? obviously some settings wont be correct for the next songs but the general settings drums bass guitars vox probably will be is there a way to do this? , thanks for any help. |

Just to add to what crizdee said,
Import Session Data is a very helpful tool, but you have to be careful with the settings. If you just want to import the mixer settings make sure you don't import "regions and media", also automation can be a problem. If you're in a situation where you need some mixer settings and some tracks completely (including regions and media) you need to run "Import Session Data" two times as the settings what to import are global for all tracks to be imported.
