Cycle playback for recording a longer track?
I want to setup a looping playback of 2-3 measures of drum beats that cycles over and over while recording a much longer track against it. Is there anyway to do that in Pro Tools? Everything I read about loop recording seems to be about creating multi-takes that are the same length of the playback loop as a playlist, but nothing about recording a longer track using a short continuous loop.

Use the Repeat command.
