No contact
Hi,
is there anything with my account only or is it general? I asked a colleague in the Artist chat to be my contact, received his confirmation via Chat but he does not get into my contacts list. So I cannot add him to my project. Did something similar happen to anyone else? Any help appreciated. Mark

If you are still having issues with contacts, open a support case. Avid should be able to troubleshoot this type of problem on their end.

Hi Will,
thanks for your reply. I got help from an Avid representative here in Germany. The trick was trying to reinvite those contact. After a second he was displayed in my contacts list. The same happened with another contact. I think there are still some bugs in the system. As I heard 12.5.1 is around the corner and will bring some bug fixing. Mark
