PT 12 version?
What version of PT 12 is available? I got a new computer and went to my PT account got the V 12,, Splash screen looks different but looks like it is PT 12.0 I thought it was higher?

The last 12.x version was 12.8.3 from Dec 2017, and can be found in the Avid Download Center linked from your Avid account.
In 2018 we changed to a Year/Month format to better align with the Release Limit date on perpetual licenses. You have a current Software Updates + Support Plan so your account includes the current (2019.12) and previous (2019.10) releases, as well as some legacy installers for v10/11. We have a list of Pro Tools release dates & versions and info about the Release Limit Date in our KB that might be helpful.
