Two persons with one ilok?

Hi, if there are two persons purchased ProTools with 2 different accounts, can they share the same ilok? Also, should I pay for the ilok cloud or just install the license manager and register and everything is free?

What do you mean by share? At the same time? No.

Technically, the person whose name is on the account is the only owner.
That person can take his/her iLok with them to ANY computer and use Pro Tools.

They could also use iLok cloud on any computer to authorize Pro Tools.

They can install Pro Tools on any computer they need to work on.

iLok Cloud is free.

In theory then one could rent out ones ilok providing a single simultaneous use I would not do this but just a thought

I think the OP wants to avoid having to buy a second ilok because he believes the ilok cloud is a rental service or something. One user can use the ilok and the other the cloud or both simply use the cloud.
