Teamviewer and Pro Tools shortcuts

Anyone have success with this, i tried to set up a tutoring session where i could have someone control pro tools on my computer but even ticking the box where it says send key commands didnt let him control PT with hotkeys.

Anyone tried with teamviewer?

I send audio via a paid service from audiomovers.com
