Pro Tools 12.7.1 asking for activation?!?!

I just installed Pro Tools 12.7.1 after using 12.4 for a while. When I start PT it asks me to activate it and then says that I don't have the proper license from which to do so. From poking around it seems that there were new licenses issued to people's iLok accounts? I never received one....can someone confirm that this is my issue and help me determine how to get the new license I need?

I have deadlines I need to make and have not been able to use PT for 2 days now! I'm going crazy!

have you updated your iLok software and then looked to see if you have the new license .. if still not there please open a support ticket with Avid ..

I have both updated my iLok License Manager software and created a support ticket. I also tried to call Avid as well but end up on hold forever.

I need assistance now and was hoping one of the admins could jump in and help because I am not getting any anywhere else.

can you re-install an older version so you are NOT dead in the water ??

I'm guessing that your Upgrade Plan expired or that the perpetual license you have doesn't cover 12.7.1

The update to 12.7.1 appeared in my Application Manager even though it's not valid for me.
