Unable to add applications to Eucon system preferences

Good morning,

Has anyone else been unable to add application via drag-and-drop into the EuCon system Preferences page? I am trying to add a third party application to control and can't get it to show up in the list.

No one? I was hoping out of 84 people someone would know something. lol.

I'd just like to know if this is the same for everyone or if I've got an installation issue I need to address.

I am having the same problem..

Guess that means we're not allowed to use the artist series controller with anything that is not EuCon enabled any longer. I guess that's one way to fix issues with the HUI and Mackie control.

I went on & downloaded just 3:2 & it's working. You can download 3.1 or 3.2 & it should work

Hmmm, so it works on older versions, just not the most recent. This seems to be them slowly but surely removing compatibility with anything but EuCon enabled software. I know that the latest release also removed support for VLAN as well...

It's the only company I know of that removes features from software rather than adds...

Thanks a lot, it worked for me. i've just installed version 3.2 and everything is working again.

Works with 3.2.2

First uninstall with "Uninstall EuControl" the whole thing!

Then do a "get info" on your "HD/Library/Preferences" folder and change the "everyone" permission to r+w. (Thanks to Fishbone!)

Reinstall EuControl and you can drag your applications into the EuCon system Preferences page!
