Default Help Needed - Velvet in PT10, content gone!!

I have searched high and low, but still am seeking simple and clear guidance on what I need to do to make Velvet work in PT 10.3 HD. I lost it in the upgrade from 9. Specifically I am getting the "Cannot find content" error when I load the VI, and I understand the issue has to do with relocating some files and the way PT10 is configured.

So my question is can anyone provide very specific steps I need to take so that when I load Velvet it is once again useable? I'd be very grateful.

I am running a Mac Pro / PT10.3 HD.

Thank you very much!
