Ilok says i have 0 licenses

Hello, I bought Pro tools 12, downloaded ilok licence manager, bought an ilok key. The problem is that when I try to run pro tools it does recognize my ilok key but says in the software activation "ilok is not owned". SO, I went to ilok licence manager and it says that I have aboslutely no licenses. The software still detects my key anyway.

I should have an activation key since I bought pro tools online on their website BUT it only talks about a card that I do not have.

Do you have any tip to recommand me please ? This is burning my brain.

Hi,

Have you already tried signing in on your iLok License Manager with your iLok ID:raya*****@yahoo.fr? Please click on your iLok ID on the upper left side of the iLok License Manager to be able to see your available licenses. Then Click and Drag those licenses to your iLok on the left side of the iLM.
Let us know if you're able to activate your license.
