No download link for install my PT11 edu-student

Hello everybody :)

Yesterday I installed OSX 10.10 (My new focusrite 18i20 can't run on Mavericks).
So i wanted to upgrade my PT10 to a PT11 (which is include in my edustudent bundle)
But, when i wanted to download the protools11 DMG's by my Avid Account, I haven't any download link (for PT10 and PT11)

But I still have my licence of PT10&11 in my Ilok Licence Manager. I'm kinda confused, do you have any ideas for fixing that ?

That's will be wonderful if someone have got some answers :)
