Default OSX/6.0 problem solved

OSX/6.0 problem solved.
(rpost from the thread)
It has been a week since I posted. I tried everything recommended. Then I went back aways on this board and saw a post about bad RAM. As suggested, I tested each RAM module - ONE AT A TIME - in the machine (you cannot leave them all in), with Apple's Hardware Test disk. Sure enough, the second RAM card was defective. I suppose everytime my work spilled to that chip the application quit.
I also zero formatted my drive, ran Disk Warrior and Mac Utilities to update drive.
Then I only loaded Mac OS and PTLE on the drive.
And, I upgraded to OS 10.2.6. Still using digi's 6.0.
Two weeks of hell has ended and I am back to work.

Thanks to all who posted. Could not have done this without you.
