Pro tools 11.3 missing VIs [SOLVED]

Hi!
I have just installed Pro Tools 11.3 as an grade to 11.0. on Windows 7 Basic system. I have the MBox hardware
But yet again the the boom, expand plug-ins are not activated because they are not in the plug-in folder.
Please help on how to resolve the issue.

I started downloading the Air Creative & Virtual Instrument immediately after my post. I saw them in my Avid account.
I will get back to you as soon as i install the Air.

This is the message i got when i wanted to install the AIR and Virtual Instrument. I downloaded twice with same result.

Did you unzip the file first? You have to unzip it, in my experience, first. I usually just unzip it to the desktop, then delete the unzipped folder(s) after the installation.

I usually also keep the zipped files on an external drive, in case I need to install them again.

"Unexpected end of archive" indicates the zip file did not finish downloading.

I now have access to the plug-ins after re-downloading and re-installing the Air Creative just now.
