Optical Fibre Switcher

If and when I buy a 001 set up, does anyone know of a A/B switch for optic cables, I would like to be able to keep my ADAT connected to my 001 but also use the S/PDIF output on the card for recording master demo's onto Minidisc which only has an S/PDIF optical input. I realise that you have to make this change (between ADAT and S/PDIF) in the software but I dont want to have to play around,unplugging my fibres all the time, cause they'll break, Boo Hoo.
