Default weird behaviour

can anyone shed any light on this odd little problem i've just found.

I am working on a small project that has audio tracks from various sources (old project + OMF) and some of the tracks i can mute as normal, and some of them unmute as soon as i press play or click on the timeline.

How can i mute tracks if they unmute themselves everytime i press play?

thanks

adam

Hello. Adam there is most likely an automation breakpoint on the Mute automation timeline. So you have to check it and erase all the Mute autmation break points. And keep in mind there may be something way, way ,way down the line. Like two or three hours down the line.

Off course you can always turn automation to Off, auto off, but then that would bypass other automation (volume, etc)
