Default Space iLok License Not Authorizing Native Plug

Running PT HD4 with 10.3.10 on Win 7 and while the TDM plug will authorize when loading PT, the native version will not and throws a warning that it is not authorized. These were downloaded from the Avid page for Space with the TDM plugin listed for PT8 and the native listed for PT 10. I need the TDM for live tracking more than I need the native, but would like to have the option as my license states "aax/tdm/rtas". Do I need a different installer for my aax asset?

This is what iLok manager shows:

Thanks in advance!

Worked here for years in the past without any hickup.
PT 10.3.9 and 10.3.10 introduced bugs with HD (TDM) Hardware.

All the downloads are available at the bottom of the Space page.

Info here:

Try downloading the installer again or even use a different browser.

If you owned a TL Space (TDM) license:
• The name of that license has changed to Space (AAX/RTAS/TDM)
• It will authorize both AAX DSP and AAX Native Space plug-ins (up through 12.0)
• It will authorize TL Space (TDM) in Pro Tools 10 and lower (this provides both DSP and Native instances, so owners with a Space (AAX/RTAS/TDM) license should install the TDM plug-in for use with Pro Tools 10)

If you owned a TL Space Native license:

The name of that license has changed to Space (AAX/RTAS)
It will authorize both AAX DSP and AAX Native Space plug-ins (up through 12.0)
It will authorize TL Space Native in Pro Tools 10 and lower
It will not authorize TL Space (TDM)

Whilst making a coffee, you beat me to the draw.

No harm! Only the OP Post was up when I started writing.

Anyway, thought the extra info may help others, too.

Sorry to take so long to get back to everybody and thanks for the answers. I've been working on that remote TDM machine and decided I'm going to try tracking with 2019.12 and my Thunderbolt Native rig on the rMBP. I just don't want any issues while tracking because I've got one day for 4 songs and this could generate some serious word of mouth. We're tracking in an old church that sounds really good, might try to catch an impulse will I'm there. Thanks again.
