digi002 board with logic 8 express

i wonder if anyone can help me?
i am running pro tools 7.4 le on a g5 mac.love it ,have no problems there.where i am having a problem is trying to get logic 8 express and my digi 002 board to work with each other.logic recognizes all my inputs,i have logic preferences set for digidesign 002.the board will read a constant dialog of "working"on the readout.like i said my pro tools works great,but will logic 8 work with my board?some one smart please help me.any advice is greatly appreciated.

sorry dude..all digidesign cotrol surfaces are USELES w logic exept maybe monitor level and talkback

working means just that. I've been using a 002 w/Logic since 8 express. Simply an input device. Faders and such only work with PT at least not that I know of. Hope this helps!

thats unfortunate cause i like the 002 brd.i may have to get another digital control surface.thanks for the responses,you know this stuff can be a blessing and a curse.
