Default Click, D-verb, Extra Long Delay II, Short Delay II are missing in PT10 UPGRADE

Hello,

I have upgraded from PT9 to PT10.

After successfully installing PT 10 and Avid Virtual Instruments 10, I was prompted that some plugins (including Mini Grand, Xpand, Boom, etc. were not found). After manually copying the files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\Plug-Ins
, Mini grand, Boom and Xpand were restored but Click, D-verb, Extra Long Delay II, Short Delay II are still missing.

I couldn't locate the missing plug-ins anywhere and have uninstalled/reinstalled AVI/PT 10 on multiple occasions.

Also, please note that I have worked with the PT 10 free trial on the same laptop for the last month and it worked FLAWLESSLY - which makes me believe that the update from 9 to 10 could have been made easier and more efficient if that would have been indeed the interest behind the entire setup.

Please let me know what is it that I can do to make this work.

Your help is so much appreciated.

Hey guys,

Could any of you send me the Click.dpm or Click.dp? I've searched for it everywhere and I just cannot find it.

Ok, now it works!!!

The problem was that I had installed the driver of the Mbox 3 before installing PT 9. Later I uninstalled PT 9 and installed PT 10 ...

Anyways, the main issue in my opinion has to do with the confusing/ not clearly expressed steps to follow when updating from PT 9 to PT 10 via online download. That in my opinion happens mainly because it is not made clear if one needs to uninstall PT9 et all completely to update to PT 10 or if it will automatically update (like PT 10 to PT10.01)

What I DID was:

- Unistall ALL AVID + Digidesign programs from Control Panel (checking by Publisher)
- Install PT 10
- Install VI 10
- Install Driver Mbox
- ONLY THEN start PT Session.

Then it works!!

The VIs are a separate install.

Cheers,
